I’m Mari! I started practicing yoga when I was in high school as our recovery days when training & conditioning for cross country and lacrosse. As I have gotten older, yoga has become more than a recovery day activity and has evolved into a daily necessity. There are so many benefits to yoga, physical, mental and spiritual, and I love being able to share those benefits with everyone who is willing to show up to their mat. Learning to teach yoga has opened my eyes to how powerful and important this practice is.

Outside of being a life long student of yoga, I work in the construction industry and forever trying to perfect my sourdough baking craft. I love hiking, spending time with friends, traveling the world with my fiancé and snuggling with our 3 furbabies.
