Your membership includes regularly scheduled in studio, and/or live stream classes, dependent upon your membership selection, and begins on the date you electronically sign up. Special events, workshops and teacher training sessions are not included. Your credit card or bank account information on file will be used for the purpose of paying membership fees.
This membership provides for month-to-month (if a legacy membership) or 4 week renewal with recurring dues and fees. Your membership, unless prepaid, must be paid via a credit card, debit card or an Electronic Funds Transfer Authorization program on the effective date of this Agreement and will continue to be charged to your specified Payment Method upon each renewal until this Agreement is cancelled.
Late Payments: Any unpaid balance for membership fees that is more than 30 days past due will result in cancellation of your membership.
2. Membership Holds
You may place your membership on hold for up to 90 days in any 12-month period for any reason by giving at least 30 days written notice. Hold requests must be received in writing by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Holds will be charged a fee of $15 on the first day and again on the 31st and 61st day until the hold is released.
At least 7 days’ notice is required to release the hold. If 7 days’ notice is not provided, Customer’s hold will release on the 7th day after your notice was received.
The hold will automatically be released on the 91st day if no notice is received.
Once the hold is released, the membership will resume at the same rate, however the renewal date may change based on the date of the hold and release. Any subsequent renewals will be charged at the new current membership rate, should that rate have changed during the hold period.
HOLD FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
To cancel this Agreement for any reason, you must send a written notification to email@example.com. You may cancel a membership at any time for any reason (e.g., disability, death or relocation) with 7 days notice effective as of your next scheduled payment date by sending notice of such termination prior to your next scheduled payment date. Refunds will not be given if your membership fee has already been paid.
Termination for Cause:
Aluma Yoga may terminate your membership if: you fail to make timely payments; your Payment Method is cancelled, interrupted or discontinued for any reason and you do not provide an alternative; you fail to follow any Aluma membership policies; or your conduct is improper or harmful to Aluma Yoga or its clients as determined by Aluma Yoga.
Termination Without Cause:
Aluma Yoga may terminate your membership without cause.
You may upgrade your membership at any time.
You may downgrade your membership at any time, and it will go into effect at the next renewal date.
4. Private Session Cancellations
Private Sessions are paid for upon scheduling and are non-refundable. Sessions may only be cancelled with 48 hours notices and must be rescheduled within 30 days or you will forfeit the session. Cancellation with less than 48 hours notice and no-shows are forfeited and are non-refundable.
5. Guest Passes
Some memberships include "Unlimited Guest Passes". These passes are subject to the following terms:
Members with "Unlimited Guest Passes" may bring no more than one (1) guest per day.
Individuals may attend the studio as a guest no more than once per month.
By electronically signing or otherwise electronically accepting and agreeing to this Agreement on your own behalf or as the parent or legal guardian of a minor, you are certifying that you are at least 18 years old and that you have carefully reviewed, fully understand and agree to all provisions of this Agreement. You further understand and agree that you are responsible for all payments described herein.
7. Mobile Messaging
When you provide us with your mobile phone number, you agree that Aluma Yoga may send you text messages (including SMS and MMS) to that phone number. You will receive a confirmation text message, and you may need to reply as instructed to complete registration. The frequency at which you'll receive our text messages may vary from month to month. Message and data rates apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. You agree to receive a final text message confirming your opt-out. You may opt-out at any time by texting the word STOP to the number 443-305-5400. For help, send a text message with the keyword HELP to the number 443-305-5400. Texts may be sent through an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent is not required to purchase our goods or services. You agree to notify us of any changes to your mobile number and update your account us to reflect this change. Your carrier may prohibit or restrict certain mobile features and certain mobile features may be incompatible with your carrier or mobile device. Contact your carrier with questions regarding these issues.
How do I sign up for these text messages?
All you have to do is text JOIN to 443-305-5400. (Message frequency may vary, message and data rates may apply, and you can always text HELP for help & STOP to cancel.) When you opt-in to the service, we will send you an SMS message to confirm your signup.
If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just text HELP to 443-305-5400. After you send the SMS message HELP to us, we will respond with instructions on how to use our service as well as how to unsubscribe.
How do I opt out of these text messages?
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to 443-305-5400. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
Will I be charged for the text messages I receive?
Aluma Yoga will never charge you for the text messages you receive however standard message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
