Back- This 20 min yoga class will help address general back pain. We will focus on postures that stretch, strengthen, and align the muscles responsible for posture and healthy movement.
Neck- This 20 min yoga class will help relieve stiffness and tension in the neck. We will focus on postures that stretch, strengthen and align the muscles of the neck and shoulders to promote a healthy cervical spine.
Hip- This 20 min yoga class will focus on opening the hips by stretching the four muscle groups that are responsible for mobilizing the hips in all directions.
Abs/Core- This 20 yoga minutes class will focus on strengthening and finding balance between the abdominal and low back muscles to create a strong and stable core.
Radiant Heart- This 20 yoga minute class will focus on back bends and chest openers that encourage an open heart full of compassion and love.
Energy- This 20 minute fast paced yoga class will focus on poses and breathwork that revitalize and energize the body and mind.
Stress Relief-This 20 minute slow flow yoga class will focus on poses and breathwork that promote relaxation and will help calm and ease the body and mind.
Gratitude- This 20 minute yoga class will focus on poses that embody gratitude to help cultivate a deeper appreciation for yourself, your practice and those around you.
