Yin yoga is designed to bring balance to the activities of life including your normal vinyasa practice.The class allows for a slower pace, with long holds and juicy stretches intended to increase joint mobility and hydrate fascial webs. The class also provides time for you to draw your awareness inward and calm the mind. In yin, the magic happens when you fully relax and allow the pose to do the work.
