Gentle Yoga

60 minutes

A class where we take it easy and move deeper into the poses finding the space within where the breath can flow more easily. This slow, contemplative practice uses blocks, straps and bolsters to support your body to relax more deeply. Expect lots of floor work with a few standing postures. Suitable for beginners.
