Aluma Restore is a slower paced class that focuses on restoring the mind, body and spirit. Class begins with gentle movements before moving into longer held yin postures, which offer a deep stretch to your connective tissues, ligaments, and fascial networks. Unwind with restorative postures before moving into meditation. We close with a few minutes of journaling, with prompts offered or you may use the time to free write. This immersive experience will help you reset and heal from the stresses of life. All levels are encouraged to attend this approachable, relaxing class. A journal is suggested!
