Kelsey's yoga journey began at age 14, when a profound release in pigeon pose sparked a lifelong connection between mind and body. In 2015, during her Peace Corps service in Uganda, she began teaching yoga and meditation in a women's prison and has since devoted herself to creating inclusive spaces for students of all backgrounds and abilities.

A 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher since 2018, Kelsey trained with Upaya Yoga in India and studied in ashrams across the country. She has trained in Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa, Prenatal, Yoga Nidra, Restorative and Yin yoga, Tibetan Buddhist Meditation, TM, Vipassana Meditation, Reiki I & II, and Sound Healing.

Also a trained full-spectrum birth doula, hospice volunteer, and trauma and emergency medicine registered nurse, Kelsey bridges Eastern and Western healing practices. Her grounded classes draw on intuition, ancient teachings, evidence-based research, and trauma-informed care, integrating breath, stillness, and silence.
