I tried a yoga class at my gym back in 2016 and quickly noticed the physical and mental benefits. The grounding aspect of a yoga class is critical in our culture and is what brings me to my mat daily. It's the perfect way to tune out all the noise in the world and dedicate 60 minutes to yourself.I am fascinated by learning more about the science and history of yoga and how it can be a conduit to mindfulness, balance, and an overall healthy way of life. I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training at Aluma Yoga and am excited to share my practice with others while continuing to grow as a teacher.I strive to create classes that provide a welcoming space for people of all experience levels, ages, and abilities.I reside in the Baltimore area with my wife, Tricia. We have two "kids" in college, as well as a dog and two cats.
