Carrie's path into healing work began with her own search for care that honored her whole self: body, mind, and spirit. She found it in Eastern medicine, now the foundation of her work with others.

For over a decade, she has studied at Kripalu, growing from yoga teacher to Ayurvedic Yoga Therapist. Since 2013, she has offered trauma-informed, client-centered care with depth in oncology, recovery, and women's health, working in hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and correctional settings where whole-person care matters most.

She weaves yoga therapy, somatics, mindfulness, breathwork, nervous system regulation, and Ayurvedic practice to support each person's journey. Carrie is a 500-ERYT, YACEP, C-IAYT Yoga Therapist, and Ayurvedic Health Counselor, trained in MBSR, TCTSY, Y4C oncology yoga, Yin, Yoga Nidra, Adaptive, and Tantric Yoga. Her devotion is bridging Eastern wisdom and Western medicine to create spaces of safety, agency, and empowerment.
