Warm Power Vinyasa

Warm Power Vinyasa is a practice that moves at a faster pace and includes many opportunities to challenge you both physically and mentally. You will leave with a sense of accomplishment and empowerment, feeling stronger and more confident. The studio is heated 80 degrees. This class requires strength and stamina.

Some experience is recommended. Please bring a towel.
