Yin Yoga Workshop
Join us at Aluma Yoga on May 12, from 12:00pm - 2:00pm, and treat yourself to two hours of sweet, melty, delicious yin yoga. This practice consists of passive poses done close to the ground that will encourage the connective tissue around your joints to find release. Poses are held for three to five minutes to allow the muscles to completely relax, so that the connective tissue, fascia, and the mind can begin to unravel. In this specific workshop, we will cultivate self-love; we will move beyond the superficial layer of the labels we give ourselves and embrace our essential nature. If you feel ready to go beyond your comfort zone to discover a whole new level of depth and balance - and with that a new level of comfort - come to this workshop centered on shedding layers and loving yourself more.
Appropriate for those new to yoga.
