Join the Aluma Community in celebrating Winter Solstice 2019.
A solstice happens twice a year, once in summer and once in winter, each year when the Sun reaches its highest position in the sky as seen from the North or South Pole. In winter its significance is it is the longest darkest day before light adds back in leading us to spring. This is an ideal time to hit your reset button with fresh intentions that you would like to manifest. We ring in the solstice with 108 sun salutations that are a moving meditation-- and some valuable energy for your heart and soul! Susan will be teaching and encourages you to invite friends-- modifications will be offered!
