Rebecca Printen has been a devoted student of yoga and meditation for over 20 years and began teaching in 2008. She is registered at the 500 hour level as a yoga instructor, at the 1000 hour level as a yoga therapist, and is a licensed occupational therapist. Teaching from the heart in a warm and inviting way, she makes the practice available to everyone, no matter your level of fitness. Rebecca teaches a style of yoga called Alignment Yoga - an approach to yoga practice which is conscious and intentional (often referred to as "mindfulness.") Alignment Yoga releases tension patterns, de-stresses the mind, builds strength and flexibility, and helps us to take yoga off the mat and into our daily lives. This style of yoga is great for anyone who wants to slow the practice down and take the time to feel the benefits. Rebecca welcomes all ages, abilities, and body types.
