Meredith Wallace has been teaching yoga and movement for 18 years. She has extensively trained and has earned certifications in ashtanga and vinyasa yoga traditions. Meredith’s interest in the therapeutic benefits of mind body techniques led her to obtain a certification in yoga therapy from Duke University. She also holds a degree in Recreational Therapy.
Meredith creates a supportive environment where students are invited to explore an internal meditative process while engaging the physical body. She encourages her students to cultivate their own practice by offering knowledge in various traditions, multiple disciplines, adaptive practices, and individual modifications.
