Lindsay Bigham began her yoga practice in 2012. By 2018, she felt that yoga helped to transform her life so much that she decided she wanted to share the magic with others by becoming an instructor! She completed her training through the University of Maryland, Baltimore and became registered at the 200 hour level. She teaches yoga with the intention to give equal care to the mind, body, and soul. Lindsay encourages the use of props to ensure proper alignment, includes mindfulness and meditation in her classes, and also offers an experience with Reiki and essential oils during savasana. One of Lindsay’s top priorities is creating a space where everyone feels comfortable and part of the community. She welcomes anyone and everyone to her classes and wants to reassure that anybody can do yoga, regardless of age, gender, body type, or level of experience. Lindsay is very enthusiastic about sharing her love of yoga with you and can’t wait to see you on the mat!
