Jenn started her yoga practice in 2017 as a way to get in shape and compliment her vegan lifestyle. She quickly fell in love with the mental and spiritual parts of yoga and knew she wanted to make yoga her full-time career. Jenn completed her 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training, Restorative Yoga Training, and Children’s Yoga Training in 2018. Her classes are spiritual, comforting, and focused on helping each student embrace their body and life. She specializes in yoga for chronic pain, introducing self-care and mindfulness to teens, and getting college students started on their yoga journeys. Jenn absolutely loves teaching children yoga! She provides a fun educational experience for kids of all ages that helps them find their inner peace.
Jenn graduated from Towson University with a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts in Acting in May 2020. In her free time, you can find Jenn cooking vegan food for her friends, collecting crystals, memorizing a script, or studying herbs and nutrition.
