Join Susan for a complete fusion yoga practice. We begin with a smooth and gentle sequence of Vinyasa postures that include balance transitions designed to wake up your mind body and soul, then transition into YIN yoga postures formulated to lengthen your tendons ligaments and open fascia. Class will wind down with restorative postures designed to rest and restore your body and soothe your soul.
Appropriate for all levels –some yoga experience recommended.
