Join Amanda Baker, LCSW-C and 500hr RYT for a fusion of her signature Therapeutic Group Yoga class and Restorative Yoga in one lovely evening! This workshop will include tools from energy psychology, somatic experiencing, and a trauma sensitive lens to foster deeper mindfulness and awareness in self. You will unwind with restorative based postures using a bolster, blocks, blankets (provided by Aluma and/or feel free to bring your own). Connect mind-body-heart. You choose your limit during deep stretch, deep release, and deep restoration.
The most important relationship is the relationship you have with yourself. As you enhance this one true relationship, you reduce stress and feel softer, brighter, whole.
