The hips are one of our "busiest" joints... they allow us to walk, run, bike, climb, and play. But those activities, even when combined with a regular yoga practice, can leave our complex hips looking for more.

In this workshop, you will get a quick overview of hip anatomy, followed by some small movements and stretches to explore your natural range of motion. We will finish with a hip-centered flow, so you can discover the perfect balance of stability and flexibility.

Suggested props: 2 large towels (or a yoga blanket) and 2 yoga blocks
