The Beginner Yoga Series is for students new to yoga or new to in person studio classes. You will explore the proper alignment for many common yoga poses, learn how to use props and modifications that suit your unique body and try out breathing techniques (pranayama) to center and ground you in your practice.
We have mats and props for you to borrow in the studio. Come dressed in athletic style clothing that will move with you but is not too loose that it will prohibit your movement. We practice yoga in bare feet so you can feel and grip the mat. Email any questions to info@alumayoga.com.
This package includes all three (3) Beginner Classes in the Series taught by Stephanie Sparks.
