Essential Oils & Yoga Workshop
Essential oils have been used for thousands of years in many cultures for their powerful healing properties. Today, we recognize the physical, emotional, and spiritual benefits of incorporating these oils into our lives. In this two hour workshop, we dive into essential oils education - how oils work, the three methods of use, and the 10 basic oils. You'll make your own oil roller to take home and have the chance to purchase additional oils if you choose.
Following that, we'll ease into a yin yoga practice, holding supported postures for several minutes each, allowing the body time and space for healing. Last but certainly not least, we will close our time together with a brief yoga nidra session, preparing us for a truly restful savasana.
