Pilates class will work to balance all muscle groups’ strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement in a fun and supportive atmosphere. There will be extra attention focused on proper breathing in class to allow you to truly find your own connection within your body. In the class, we may use Pilates props such as bands, balls and light weights which will allow for each class to be unique. You'll leave class feeling longer, leaner and more balanced in both your body and mind. Our Pilates mat classes are appropriate for beginners and yet challenging enough for the seasoned Pilates student.
