Breathwork Private Session
Breathwork is an active meditation done lying down which quiets the mind and connects us to the wisdom of our body and heart. This breathing technique works directly with your nervous system to facilitate emotional release making room for a clearer connection to your Self. When we are in a state of fear, anger, resistance, or stress the sympathetic nervous system is triggered. Breathwork stimulates the opposing parasympathetic nervous system, relaxing the mind allowing us to feel more at ease and aware of our physical body. This also stimulates the release of endorphins and other hormones which effects heighten our sensitivity to our emotions, our energy and our ability to TRUST. This is where the magic happens: We arrive in a physical state where we are OPEN to experience a deep level of heart opening healing and self love. We will talk for 10-15 minutes to get a sense of what may need to healed or shifted in your life before you lay down to be guided through the breathing meditation.
