Amy Davidson has been practicing yoga for over 10 years, but in the last five years, it has become a way of life. She completed her 200 hour instructor certification in 2015, and teaches vinyasa yoga at Aluma. She values yoga for the wellness of the whole person - body, mind and spirit. Yoga has strengthened her body with the physical practice and her mind with being present, and her breath work centers her; all of which bring peace to her spirit on and off the mat. Amy continues to practice at home and in classes, attends workshops, studies anatomy, and meditates on Scripture.
She looks forward to sharing her love of yoga and guiding the Aluma community into wellness; body mind and spirit.
