Amanda Lane Pompa first discovered yoga in 2003 as a means of embracing social anxiety and staying active while managing chronic back pain. She received her 200 hour RYT certification in 2018 through MaKa Movement with a foundation in Ashtanga. Amanda holds a B.S. in Health Assessment & Promotion, an ACSM personal training certification, and has been helping others achieve healthier lifestyles for 10+ years. Her hope is to positively impact others through the physical practice of yoga. It is her mission is to create a safe space for students to explore their bodies, heighten their awareness, and create deeper self-connections. Amanda is an avid journaler, promoter of self care, loves traveling, being outside, and getting lost in music.
